Our Accommodation
HATS offers modern accommodation in shared houses. Each house is fully furnished, equipped and ready to move into. Residents share the house with 2 or 3 other people but will have their own private bedroom with a lock.
HATS does not offer accommodation to people who need to have staff supervision overnight. So living here means any person referred would need to be fairly independent, be able to be responsible for their own visitors and ensure minimal nuisance to the neighbours.
Should an emergency arise outside of office hours, residents can contact a member of staff through our Out-of-Hours On-Call service.
Housing & Tenancy Support
HATS offers a light touch, non-judgemental support service tailored to the needs of the individual, as well as offer guidance on how to manage and maintain a positive & mutually-agreeable tenancy.
Our Housing Officers visit each of the houses Monday to Friday. Alternatively, tenants can book an appointment through Facebook or call into the HATS Community Hub.
Skills & Employment
Following a person-centred assessment, HATS staff also offer residents support with gaining skills and seeking employment. Our HATS Community Hub gives residents access to computers to assist in accessing further education and employment support.
